We deployed backend and frontend apps to Azure, found and fixed errors, and automated delivery with CI/CD pipelines.

We resolved incident tickets by tracing errors and logs across dashboards and Application Insights: where each failure came from, why it happened, and which file was affected, so we could respond fast.
